Terms and Conditions

Deposit Policy:

Deposits are to be received on the day of booking and can be paid via credit card over the phone.  For direct deposits please ensure they are paid on the day the booking is made.

Cancellation and Changes Policy:

We accept changes and cancellations to bookings up to 14 days prior to arrival.  Changes and/or cancellations for accommodation stays must be made directly with the park and must be more than 14 days prior to arrival.  If a cancellation is less than 14 days prior to arrival all monies paid are forfeited.  Under some circumstances we may be able to offer another booking date (not available on bookings made during peak season, Christmas and Easter) An admin fee of $25 applies to all cancellations and or changes made to any booking within any timeframe.  Please be aware of your minimum stay requirements prior to booking as we do not refund unused paid accommodation.

Check In / Check Out

Check in time is from 12.00noon for Camping/Caravan Sites and 2.00pm for Cabins.   If your arrival is after 5pm please let reception know beforehand so arrangements can be made to collect keys and/or directions to either your cabin or site.
Check out time is strictly 10.00am unless previous arrangements have been made with reception.
Please be advised that all cabin accommodation is non smoking.  An additional cleaning fee will be charged to your account if you fail to adhere to this rule.

Pets

We are a pet friendly park for Caravan Sites ONLY  no bookings for accommodation will be taken if you have a pet. Pets are also not permitted inside our accommodation, or accompanying  visitors to  Cabins,  as well as the  amenities or community kitchen/pool area.   Please check the park rules with regards to pets and your responsibilities whilst staying with us.

Our onsite Bush Turkey Cafe is pet friendly on the deck and veranda area.

Pricing

All prices are Nett to Lake Placid Rainforest Retreat and are not subject to any further discount or commission.  Prices are quoted in Australian dollars, include GST and are subject to change.
