This year the Cairns Festival will celebrate the region’s rich cultural diversity with a continued emphasis on showcasing our local community.

The 2015 program will see the return of popular community events the Grand Parade, Sunday on the ‘Nard, Family Film Nights and Carnival on Collins. In addition there will plenty of live music by local and national musicians, dance, workshops, visual arts and wonderful community based activities.

In keeping with the family-friendly program, the vast majority of Festival events are free, making it a truly accessible celebration for everyone in the Cairns region and our visitors.
